Yoga Teacher Training 500 Hrs
There are two methods of completing a 500 Hours Yoga Teacher Training program.
- If a student has previously completed a 200 or 300 Hours Teacher Training at another institution, then by completing the corresponding program at Vriksha Yoga will earn the student a 500 Hours certificate.
- The second method of completing a 500 Hours YTT is through our residential program expanding ten weeks. It essentially combines the 200 and 300 Hours courses consecutively. The advantage of this format is students spend a significant amount of time dedicated to the practice of yoga to develop serious expertise in this field. Being immersed in this environment allows students to build a very strong foundation in one shot and experience the culture on a deeper level.
